Ikijumba gifasha uwakiriye gusinzira neza

Gusinzira neza nti bidufasha gusa kubyukana akanyamuneza ndetse n’ imbaraga mu gitondo, ahubwo  binadufasha kugira ubuzima buzira umuze. Bishaka kuvuga ko kubura ibitotsi nijoro, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso gikomeye cy’ubuzima butameze neza. Ariko kurenga icyo kibazo cyo kubura ibitotsi birashoboka cyane mu gihe wahindura amwe mu mafunguro wafataga. Ubushakashatsi bukaba bwaragaragaje ko ikijumba ari kimwe mu biribwa umuntu ashobora Kurya agasinzira neza, akabyuka yaruhutse neza afite n’imbaraga.
